Clark D. Ivory, chief executive officer of Ivory Homes, was named director of the Salt Lake branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Ivory will succeed H. Roger Boyer, chairman of The Boyer Co., who is retiring from the branch's board after serving as chairman and director since 2000. Ivory, a graduate of the University of Utah and Harvard University, joined Ivory Homes in 1988 as a sales consultant. He was named CEO in 2000.
Wells Fargo Bank has named Arie D. Anderson district manager for its Weber/Box Elder area, where he will oversee 10 branches and 100 employees. Anderson has more than 13 years of financial services experience, serving most recently as district manager for the bank's Fort Collins, Colo., area. He is a graduate of the U.
Bryan Johnson was named administrator of The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Murray. Johnson serves as regional operating officer for Intermountain Healthcare's Salt Lake area hospitals and will continue in that role in addition to leading TOSH. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and Brigham Young University.
CLC Associates, a planning, architecture and engineering firm, announced that Troy Herold was named an associate and stockholder in the firm's Salt Lake office. Herold has 13 years of planning and landscape architecture experience. He currently serves as director of planning for the Salt Lake office and is the project manager for the IKEA store planned in Draper.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced three staff changes. Jonathan Cohen joined the agency as vice president of relocation services. Cohen has worked in the relocation and real estate industries for eight years, most recently as operations manager of relocation for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Chicago. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Jaren Davis was named vice president of development for the company's Utah operations. Davis has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years, most recently as director of business development for the company's Union Park office. Darren Mansell was named sales manager for the company's Union Park office. Mansell has 15 years of real estate industry experience and last year was the company's top-ranked sales associate nationwide.
The law firm of Stoel Rives announced two staff changes. Matt Moscon was chosen to lead the firm's products liability team. Moscon, a principal with the firm, has more than 10 years of experience. He will lead a group of about 30 lawyers and paralegals across the firm's offices in the Northwest region. Jennifer Martin was promoted to principal in the firm. Martin practices with the firm's energy and telecommunications and independent power practice group. She joined Stoel Rives in 2000.
Bryce Higgins was hired as director of benefits at SkyWest Inc., the holding company for St. George-based SkyWest Airlines and Atlanta-based Atlantic Southeast Airlines. Higgins will oversee the administration of company benefits for both airlines. He is a graduate of Southern Utah University.

Lee Kapaloski, a lawyer at Parsons Behle & Latimer with more than 25 years of experience in water law, has been appointed to a five-year term with the Metropolitan Water District Board. Kapaloski is a graduate of San Diego State University, the University of Colorado and the U.
The law firm of Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough announced that it has formed a Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Practice Group, which will be led by Gary Sackett. The group will provide specialty consulting services to attorneys at other firms, as well as to in-house counsel, in areas including conflicts of interest, attorney-client relationships and standards of practice.

Bank of Utah announced that Matthew Dombroskey and Bryan D. Holladay were hired as mortgage and construction loan officers at the bank's Sandy mortgage office. Dombroskey is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College in Charlotte, N.C. Holladay has extensive experience in mortgage and construction lending and worked most recently for a local credit union.
Jakson Holyoak was named assistant controller in the finance and accounting division at Educators Mutual Insurance Association, a nonprofit organization serving Utah's public schools and institutions. America First Credit Union announced two staff changes. Jared Howell was named manager of the credit union's Ogden 12th Street branch. Howell joined America First in 1987 as a courier in the purchasing department. Most recently, he was manager of the credit union's Centerville Marketplace branch. Kathryn Nielsen was named manager of the Centerville Marketplace branch. Nielsen was hired in 1981 as a teller in America First's Hill Air Force Base community branch. She served most recently as manager of the Bountiful Dick's branch.
