Obituary: Mark J. Hofheins

Mark J. Hofheins 1953 ~ 2005 ROY - Mark J. Hofheins left this earth Saturday, December 31, 2005, after long battles of several illnesses. He was born April 19, 1953 in Salt Lake City to Stanley and Marian Lund Hofheins. He was raised in Utah, lived in San Diego for awhile and even moved to Tennessee, but always came back home. Mark is survived by his parents, Stanley and Marian of Murray; four brothers, Danny (Kaye) Hofheins, Midway; Tim (LuJean) Hofheins, Magna; James (Diane) Hofheins, Murray; Paul (Susan) Hofheins, Tooele; three sisters, Becky (Clair) Stewart, Magna; Pam Greening, Salt Lake City; Liz (Dan) King, Stansbury Park; 12 children, John, Jamie, Damien, Tertia, Paul, Jason, Mark, Jr., Sandra, Dena, Zechariah, Kera and Geraldine; 14 grandchildren, Joshua, Justyn, Dakota, Brianna, T.J., Marcuss, Kyle, Kylie, Jeffrey, Devina, Mathew, Michael, Jezebel and Kayla. He is also survived by his best friend, Shirley Armstrong. The two were like salt and pepper. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 7th at 2 p.m. at Lindquist's Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. Friends and family may call on Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
