— Cheers: A multipurpose greeting or salutation.
— Cor: I say!
— Garage: A '60s-derived style of rock music characterized by loud distorted guitars and crisp melodies.
— Kiddy-fiddler: Person of ill repute.
— Mate: Old friend, casual acquaintance.
— Not On Your Nelly: Not likely.
— Oi: Pay attention!
— Pukka: Please punch me in the nose.
— Scooter boys: Owners of vintage Italian Vespa and Lambretta scooters.
— Sod: Person of low character, the opposite of "mate."
— Toodle-pip: Akin to the greeting "cheerio."
