Obituary: Nanette K. Pratt

Nanette K. Pratt 1949 ~ 2006 On the 9th of October a light was extinguished from our life. Nanette K. Pratt lost her battle with cancer and left for a better place. She was born on the 3rd day of January in 1949 to Albert Payne Kibbe and Evelyn Ryberg Kibbe. Nanette was a graduate of East High School, attended the University of Utah and graduated from Tobe' Coburn. She loved spending time at Bear Lake and with family and friends. Through her warm personality and contagious laugh, she created an aura of love and humor. She was a member of several boards including: ERDC, Neighborhood House and Town Club. Nanette was a Kappa for life and very involved up to the last few years. The many people that she has touched over the years will miss her. Nanette is survived by her husband Wayne C. Pratt her siblings Albert Payne Kibbe Jr (Lola), Marie Hansen (Phil) and Gail Kibbe Day (John). She is also survived by her children Courtney Elliott Jones (Jeffrey) and Michael James Elliott (Bridget). Nanette was preceded in death by Albert Payne Kibbe (Father) and Evelyn Ryberg Kibbe (Mother). Graveside services will be held on October 13, 2006 at 2:00 pm. at Salt Lake City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:45 p.m. at Evans and Early Mortuary, 574 East and 100 South. In lieu of flowers please make donations to a favorite charity.
