Faith is like spiritual oxygen that awakens and enlivens the spiritual senses and breathes life into the soul. Such faith will make one sensitive to the whisperings of the holy spirit. Minds will be enlightened, spiritual pulses quickened and hearts will be touched.
Hope will follow those who live a life of faith. That hope will bring a deeper sense of life's purpose and meaning. Cultivate this faith by practicing it. "Faith is the product of righteous desire, belief and obedience."
By helping to solve the problems of others rather than worrying about personal concerns, growth will come. "Selfless service is a wonderful antidote to the ills that flow from the worldwide epidemic of self-indulgence."
Saints that serve others will see their burdens diminish, will become happier and there will be more substance in their lives.
Adversity may still strike, but remain strong. "The real tragedy in the whirlwinds of life comes only when we allow them to blow us off course."
