PROVO — Whole Living Inc. said Tuesday it has executed an agreement to acquire ForeverGreen International LLC and change its name to ForeverGreen Worldwide Corp.
The agreement calls for Whole Living to issue more than 5.2 million shares of common stock to complete the acquisition.. The action results in Whole Living owning all of ForeverGreen and ForeverGreen becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Whole Living.
Whole Living acquired a 23 percent equity interest in ForeverGreen in January. ForeverGreen's management team joined Whole Living's management team and the companies consolidated product lines and integrated Whole Living distributors into the ForeverGreen business model.
Whole Living develops, manufactures and distributes a line of natural products.
