Salt Lake-based Medicity Inc. said Wednesday it has acquired Park City Solutions' iServices Group.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined company will operate under the Medicity name, will be based in Salt Lake City and will continue to sell and support products offered by both companies. All iServices Group employees will continue employment with Medicity.
