The Rev. Michael Latham, pastor at Renaissance Baptist Church in Fort Wayne, will work full time for an annual salary of $60,000, and will travel across the state counseling FSSA workers at a time when many functions of the agency are being privatized. He will also recruit volunteer clergy of different faiths to help him. Latham was hired in March.
