Minnesota-based health care information company Ingenix said Thursday it has agreed to acquire NWH Inc., the parent company of health-care payer services organization Electronic Network Systems Inc., and has completed its acquisition of Salt Lake-based Claredi Corp.

Claredi provides e-commerce software and consulting services to the health-care industry.

Terms of the Claredi transaction were not disclosed. Ingenix would acquire all outstanding NWH shares for $18.24 per share, or about $54 million. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter.
