Denver-based ViaWest, which has a data center in Utah, said Tuesday it has acquired Fortix, based in Portland, Ore.
Terms were not disclosed.
ViaWest provides co-location, managed hosting products and services to more than 1,200 business customers. Fortix provides information technology outsourcing services.
