John Knollin Haws III "J.K." Our beloved son, John Knollin Haws III, returned to his Heavenly Father June 3, 2006. J.K. was born February 17, 1985 in American Fork, Utah. He was killed instantly in a fatal car crash in the early hours of Saturday morning. J.K. was a member of the LDS Church and was employed at and seeking a degree at UVSC. The jewels that he brought to this world, that of joy, laughter, music, writing, creativity, artistry, spirituality, comedy, theater, brotherly love, faith in God, sociability, resilience, perseverance and all other aspects of his essence will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Ely Haws; and his father, John Knollin (Jeanette) Haws Jr.; his siblings, Wynter (TJ) Ogilvie, American Fork; Hayley Haws, Provo; Heber C. Haws, Bradley S. Haws, James K. Haws and Hayden K. Haws, all of Lehi; grandparents, Linda Ely, Logan; J. Knollin (Deanna) Haws, Lehi; Clyde (Beth) Rasmussen, Lehi. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Wayne Ely; grandmothers, Shirley M. Haws and Ila Rasmussen. Funeral, Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lehi 1st-6th Ward LDS Chapel, 200 So. 200 W., Lehi. Friends and family may call Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E. Main, Lehi, and at the church Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
