The funeral for a Brigham Young University student who died on June 27 in a mountaineering accident in Peru is scheduled for Wednesday at noon in Vacaville, Calif.
Brennan John Larson was 24 when he and two friends fell to their deaths in the Cordillera Blanca Mountains. Larson was preparing to finish his senior year at BYU, where he was majoring in geology and expected to graduate in December.
A visitation will be held at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 311 Alamo Drive, Vacaville. The funeral will follow at noon.
