San Diego-based Iomega Corp., which has operations in Roy, said Tuesday it will acquire CSCI Inc., a San Diego-based managed services and outsourced information technology company.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close within 60 days.
CSCI is the creator of the OfficeScreen services, a suite of managed virtual private networks for small to medium-sized businesses. It also has a systems integration business that is included in the Iomega acquisition.
