Kreg Peterson has joined CB Richard Ellis'Salt Lake office as a leasing agent specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office properties. Peterson spent five years at another commercial real estate firm, where he facilitated more than 2.6 million square feet of transactions.
The Summit Group, a Salt Lake advertising and public relations firm, announced four new hires. Bret Butler joined the agency as an advertising account manager. Butler has seven years of relevant experience. He is a graduate of Utah Valley State College and the University of Phoenix. Antonio Lima was hired as a public relations account manager. Lima previously worked as an account director at a full-service agency in Florida. Whitney Russler joins TSG as a public relations account coordinator. Russler is a graduate of Utah State University. Emilee Porter was hired as an advertising account coordinator. Porter is a recent graduate of the University of Utah.
Educators Mutual Insurance Association announced that Brandon Smart has joined the organization as chief compliance officer. Prior to joining EMIA, Smart worked as an associate at a law firm. He is a graduate of the U. and the University of Oregon School of Law.
Gordon Morton was named chief marketing officer at Lehi-based XanGo. Morton previously served as XanGo's executive vice president. He is a co-founder of the company.
Bruce Kemper was promoted to area vice president for VistaCare's mountain region, which includes Ogden and Salt Lake City. Kemper has served as executive director in the company's Albuquerque office.
John J. Sirstins was promoted to vice president of sales for Feature Films For Families. Sirstins has been involved with all aspects of sales and project development for the past 11 years.
BMW of Pleasant Grove has named Craig Northup as service manager. Northup will head a staff of 12 service advisers and BMW factory trained technicians at the service center, which will open in November.
Zions Bank has hired Beth McCue as vice president and branch manager of its Moab office. McCue is responsible for business development, customer service and overall management of the branch. She was previously branch manager at Zions' Sandy branch.
Keller Williams Success Realty, based in South Ogden, has hired Susan Hansen as assistant broker. Hansen specializes in sales and acquisitions and investment and resort properties in Weber, Morgan and Cache counties.
United Way of Salt Lake has named Bryson Despain as its new marketing/communications director. Despain previously served as marketing director in the private sector. He is a graduate of Weber State University.
Diana I. Brixner, chairwoman of pharmacotherapy at the U.'s College of Pharmacy, was elected president of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research. Brixner also serves as executive director of the Pharmacy Outcomes Research Center at the U.
Christopherson Travel announced several staff additions. David Cowley was named travel management specialist in Christopherson Business Travel's onsite office at the State of Utah. Cowley has extensive experience in the travel industry, including leadership and administrative experience. Brandilyn Turner joined CBT as a member of its back-up agent team, for its growing list of "client dedicated" onsite travel offices. Kathleen Roberts was named corporate sales executive at CBT, and a member of its business development team. Roberts has 22 years of travel industry experience.
