Utah-based Harmons Grocery Stores has announced it will unveil a gourmet delicatessen with entrees and salads prepared by chefs on-site every day at the newly remodeled Brickyard store, 3270 S. 1300 East.

The remodeling includes the addition of the Market Bistro Delicatessen and Internet Cafe, an artisan bread hearth oven, a drive-through pharmacy and the largest full-service meat department in the 11-store chain.
