Bryar Jackson holds on during Mutton Bustin' at the annual Tomato Days celebration in Hooper on Labor Day. Perhaps the expertise Bryar gained this year will prepare him in future years to participate in such Tomato Days rodeo events as calf/cow riding, steer wrestling or wild cow riding. Other attractions included a 5k race, a dog race and a "Birds of Utah" exhibit.
