Thomas "Andy" W. Anderson Heber City, Utah Thomas "Andy" W. Anderson, our loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, due to his courageous fight with liver cancer, Tom passed thru the veil to the love and peace of his Heavenly Father on January 9, 2007 at his home. Born on June 28, 1939 in Salt Lake City to Wendell Christian and Louise Hutchison Anderson, and raised in Salt Lake and spent summers in Colorado as a youth. High School graduate 1957 from South High, in Salt Lake City. Served in the United States Coast Guard honorably from 1957-1963 Married Paula Pearson on July 24, 1959 in Ft. Bragg, California. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Tom loved the beauty of the outdoors and all it had to offer. He spent many summers at Lake Powell boating and of late jeeping in Moab with his family. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Tom served as Sunday School President, Sunday School Teacher, Primary Teacher, and Home Teacher. Tom spent 30 years as a service tech for Questar and 10 years as a realtor with Coldwell Banker. Survivors include his wife Paula, two sons: Christian L. and Stephen E. (Kristin), sister: Vicki (Hal) Hawkins, and two grandchildren Jacob and Mikaylin and a baby boy in March. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Heber LDS 2nd Ward Church, 150 N. 200 W., Heber City. Friends may call on Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services both at the church. Interment will be in the Heber City Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements are in the care of Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home, Heber City.
