PrimeHoldings.Com Inc., based in Salt Lake City, said Tuesday it had changed its name to Mindpix Corp.
The company also has a new stock trading symbol, MNDP.
The company's board and a majority of shareholders approved the changes.

David R. Ballif, chief executive officer, said the changes were "an important step towards our nationwide launch of UltraFlex and TheraFlex and the much-anticipated accompanying revenues. All efforts are being made to create a healthy and profitable company with long-term revenue streams."
