Sunridge Properties, based in Arizona, has acquired a 2.46-acre parcel at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi and will develop a new Residence Inn hotel at the site, according to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.
Sunridge already is building a 94-room SpringHill Suites at Thanksgiving Point. Construction on the Residence Inn is slated for spring of next year.
Sunridge has been involved in small-hotel development and management in Arizona for 25 years and is a subsidiary of Sunridge Hotel Group. It recently opened SpringHill Suites in downtown Salt Lake City and Cedar City.
