SANDY — Greenfield Logistics Inc. said Monday it has new ownership.
The transportation logistics company, which specializes in the waste industry, said the new owners are Shane Johanson (president), Joseph Johanson and James McArthur Jr. They purchased the company from Cedar Mountain Environmental for an undisclosed amount.
Greenfield, founded in 2000 and acquired in 2004 by Cedar Mountain, offers transload services for several locations. They include Oak Ridge, Tenn., for shipping from the eastern United States; Fruita, Colo., for shipping to International Uranium Corp.; and Aragonite, Utah, for shipping to the Nevada Test Site and EnergySolutions.<
