Printing company Velocity Press of 391 W. Lawndale Drive, South Salt Lake, has acquired a 32,300-square-foot industrial building at 3685 S. 500 West for future expansion.
Wasatch Rental Corp. was the seller, according to NAI Utah Commercial.
Terms were not disclosed.
