Joyce Tew Daniels 1923 ~ 2007 HEBER CITY- Joyce Tew Daniels passed away March 8, 2007 in Bountiful, Utah. Born October 9, 1923 to John Ivan Tew and Ellen LaVell Oakey. Married Paul Roger Daniels June 6, 1947 in the Manti Utah LDS Temple. She graduated from Juab High School, and then attended BYU where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in English. She was a member of the LDS Church, serving in various callings. She was a faithful companion traveling with Paul throughout the world on assignments, including Iran and Somalia. They also enjoyed time together living in their second home in St. George. She was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed the art of homemaking. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren. Survived by her husband Paul; four children: Robert (Gloria), Bountiful, Kris (Brent) Clayburn, Louisiana, Mark, Clearfield, and David (Carol) Brigham City; two sisters: Erma (Guy) Baker, Mary (Ken) Johnson; one brother: Milton (Fern) Tew; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister. Funeral services will be held Mon., March 12, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heber LDS 7th Ward, 244 E. 400 S. Viewing will be held from 12:00-1:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Heber City Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home.
