Obituary: Jeannette Renee Boyce

Jeannette Renee Boyce 1927 ~ 2007 Jeannette Renee Boyce, 80, passed away surrounded by family April 5, 2007 in Erda Utah. She was born January 6, 1927, in Becancoin, France. She survived the German occupation of France during the Second World War. She joined the LDS Church and immigrated to America in 1949. She married Russell E. Boyce June 16, 1950 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They started their life together by purchasing a farm in Erda, Utah where they raised their family, Janet, Suzanne, and Art. She retired from Tooele Army Depot. Jeannette will always be remembered as, "the cute little French Lady," while she was employed at Texaco in Lake Point, Utah. Her favorite job was working with her son, Art, at Boyce Pro Wash in Tooele, and continuing to run the family farm. She is survived by daughters, Janet L. Pack, Suzanne Matthews; son, Art (Tauna) Boyce; grandchildren, Chelsi, Derek, Rylie, Brent, Miranda, Dallin, Paige, Keaton; great-grandchild, Kaige. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the Erda Chapel, 134 East Erda Way. Friends and family may call Tuesday 10-10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment: Tooele City Cemetery.
