Commerce CRG, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Salt Lake City, announced that Randy Atkin, Mindy Ackerman and Craig Kaminsky have joined the firm's industrial property group. Kaminsky and Atkin previously served as vice presidents at another commercial real estate firm, specializing in industrial, flex and technology property representation. Ackerman joined the team in 2005 as a marketing assistant.

CLC Associates Inc., a planning, entitlements, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying firm, announced that Paul W. Hirschi has joined the firm's Salt Lake office as architectural manager. Hirschi has more than 20 years of experience in the architecture profession, with extensive experience in retail, office, institutional and health care design. Prior to joining CLC, he was a senior associate at another Utah firm.

Tesch Law Offices announced that Jason S. Wilcox has joined its team of attorneys. Wilcox specializes in real estate and business law, including insurance defence, commercial construction litigation and contract law. He earned his law degree at the Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Eye Institute of Utah welcomes eye surgeon Dr. Robert J. Cionni to its staff. Cionni specializes in intraocular lens implants and is a pioneer in treating challenging cases, including cataracts induced by trauma or disease.

Centennial Bank announced two staff changes. Desmond Fourie was named manager of the bank's Layton branch. Fourie has eight years of financial services experience, as business development officer, branch manager and vice president. Scott Shearer was named manager of the bank's Clinton branch. Shearer previously worked as a manager at a national bank. He is also licensed to sell annuities and mutual funds and has worked as a personal financial representative.

Dr. John Sanders has joined the medical staff at Shriners Hospital for Children. Sanders is a graduate of the University of London Hospital Medical College. He completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at the University of Washington.

Snapp Conner PR announced four new hires: Clayton Blackham, Jeremy Kartchner, Craig Snapp and Josh Berndt. Blackham, a senior associate at the agency, joins Snapp Conner from another firm. He has directed a number of technology accounts, as well as consumer accounts. Other prior experience includes public relations work for the Utah Jazz. Kartchner, also a senior associate, has more than 10 years of experience in technology and sports PR, and in his career has assisted in taking a variety of companies to market. Prior experience also includes public relations work up to and including the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Snapp, a junior PR associate, also comes to Snapp Conner from another local firm, where he excelled in new public relations techniques, such as blogging and search engine optimization. Berndt, also a junior PR associate, has experience as a broadcast journalist in news and sports. Most recently, he worked as a corporate marketing assistant.

Allan is an associate in the firm's business and finance department and a member of its securities, mergers and acquisitions, and international groups. Lee has worked in journalism and marketing for more than six years. Bob Rowberry was named general manager, Jack B. Parson Companies. He has worked in the ready-mix industry for more than 30 years. Hudd Hayes was named operations manager for Jack B. Parson Companies' Northern Utah area. He has been with the company for 13 years. Jon Groves was named operations manager for Jack B. Parson Companies' Salt Lake area. Groves has been with the company for 18 years. Jerry Granthem was named operations manager for Jack B. Parson Companies' Utah County area. Granthem has worked in the ready-mix industry for 12 years. Lou Nicoletti was named Park City area manager for Jack B. Parson Companies. Nicoletti has been in the concrete industry for 30 years.

Community Development Corp. of Utah has named John C. Farmer as chief financial officer. Farmer is a CPA with nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of financial management and reporting. He is a graduate of BYU.

The Professional Landcare Network announced that Jason Jensen, Dennis Carlson and Damon Peabody, all with BYU, and Mike Knight, with Valley Lifestyles Inc. of Salt Lake City, have joined the network. The association provides educational and safety programs for members who maintain "Quality of Life" communities across America.
