Backed by Canopy Ventures and Silicon Valley firm International Venture Fund, Lindon-based Perimeter Labs announced Wednesday that it has secured funding to enter the marketplace and provide organizational support.
Details of the funding arrangement were not disclosed. Perimeter makes computer software designed to guard against online identity theft.
Perimeter said it has established a licensing program for its OEM partners to create software applications that are enabled by Witnessed Authentication, facilitating secure online business and legal transactions.
