Amelia Butler 1/9/1987 ~ 6/13/2007 Amelia was born on January 9, 1987 in Ogden, Utah to Catherine and Harve Butler; she is the youngest of three girls. Amelia's hobbies include dance, yoga, violin playing, singing, dating, shopping, modeling, traveling and making friends. She loved babies, animals, parties and shiny/glittery/pink clothing. She attended Layton High School where she performed with the show choir, orchestra and dance group. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and of a large extended family, she had many people who supported her and loved her throughout her life. In addition to her family and neighbors, she had many friends who were touched by her warmth, energy, and enthusiasm for life. She had hugs for everyone. On June 13, 2007 she returned to her Heavenly Father while surrounded by her loving family and close friends as she passed away peacefully early Wed. morning. She is survived by her parents, Harve and Catherine Butler, her sisters, Rebekah (Juan Victor) Butler and Cathy (Dustin) Marlor, and her nephew Tucker Marlor. Funeral services will be held Mon., June 18, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Canyon Woods Ward, 1085 North 50 East, Kaysville, Utah. Family and friends may gather on Sun., June 17, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah and one hour prior to services at the church.
