MasterControl Inc., based in Salt Lake City, and AMG IT Systems Ltd., based in the United Kingdom, have reached an agreement for MasterControl to acquire AMG.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MasterControl provides software and services for the life sciences industry.
