Obituary: Devon Vigil

Devon Vigil 11/10/85 ~ 7/18/07 Devon, the incredible, larger than life guy with the killer smile and most infectious laugh ever, will continue to touch our lives through our memories and stories as we laugh and cry for him. We will miss his strength, wicked wit, and never ending loyalty. He was a hero to so many. He died quickly, without suffering, doing what he loved. "The VIG" took his last ride Wed, July 18. He leaves behind his parents, Rick (Heather Peterson), Michelle "Micky" Casper; brothers, Shane T. and Neil R. Vigil; sister, Nadia Casper; grandmother, Lewie Heinlin; the love of his life, Brittany Dowdle; and many more. He also leaves too many friends to name that love him and call him best friend and brother. Friends and family are invited to celebrate of his life, Wed, July 25, 6-9 p.m. at the River Oaks Golf Course, 9300 Riverside Dr, Sandy. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate visitors bringing donations for, or helmets, to be donated at local skate parks.
