Earlene Watson

Earlene Watson, 78, passed away on Sept. 6, 2007 at her home in Sandy, Ut, surrounded by her family.Born on July 15, 1929 in Salt Lake City, UT to Earl James and Beatrice Waters James. She was raised by her grandmother, Theresa James. Earlene married Merrit Watson on July 30, 1948 in Salt Lake City, UT. She worked at Sears for 40 years as a department manager. Earlene liked to crochet, bowl and loved to attend her families activities.
She is survived by her husband, Merrit Watson; children, Craig (Marie) Watson, Cynthia (Milt) Diamond, Theresa (Nick) Guido; grandchildren, Nicholas, Angela and Chelsie Guido; Ryan (Shelbie) Watson; Lisa (Jake) Keysaw; great-grandchildren, Mitchell and Matthew Keysaw; Hallie Watson.
Preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Beatrice James; and grandmother, Theresa James.

A graveside service will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at the Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 S. 700 E. A visitation will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., prior to the graveside service.
