Tyler "W" Bingham

12/16/1975 ~ 09/11/07

On Tuesday, September 11, 2007 we unexpectedly said goodbye to a mother's "Blue Eyed Boy", and a father's loyal son.

Tyler "W" Bingham was born on December 16, 1975 in Salt Lake City to Robert Dean and Sharon Lou Sholly Bingham.

Tyler, "Ty" was blessed with "The gift of Gab" from an early age and could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. He used his gift to further himself, family and friends, into greater ventures. Ty was a successful entrepreneur with enormous experience and knowledge of the wireless industry. His business "What Phones Want" specialized in cell phone accessories and was on the verge of expanding, opening ten new stores.

Ty grew up near Bengal Blvd in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. He attended Canyon Rim Elementary, Butler Middle, and then graduated from Brighton High School. One special achievement was being Varsity Team Captain of the Golf team in his sophomore year. From the time Tyler picked up a golf club, he knew golf was his game. With his natural talent, he won numerous awards and trophies.

Ty could out dance you on the dance floor, tell you about any airplane that ever existed, keep you up on the latest and greatest music, and tell you where to buy the best smelling shampoo. He loved to surprise his family and friends by going on a trip and calling them from his cell phone to share a Hawaiian sunset or a landmark in New York.

Ty had a strong desire for adventure and the unknown. He wanted to experience his life at "Full Throttle". He loved to ride his mountain bike catch a plane on a moments notice and fly to an unfamiliar place.

Tyler enjoyed the finer things in life, including fast sport cars (like his loaded cherry red Audi S4 Quattro), expensive sunglasses (he was never without them), his golf clubs (he kept in immaculate condition) and his cell phone that connected him to the world. Ty gave of himself far more than he ever received, he believed in forgiveness and second chances, goals and daily affirmations. Tyler had a presence about him that made you feel important and a sense of humor that made you laugh for days and remember for years.

Ty rescued two adoring cats, "Jetta" and "Audi" from a local shelter. He spent hours laughing, playing and making videos of them. When He was young he had a special cat named "BJ" whom he slept with as a little boy, and no matter how big his eyes swelled from being allergic to this cat, he wanted him near. He was a member of the LDS church. Tyler, We, now lay you to rest near the places you lived your life and loved. We love you sweet boy. Aloha.
