Salt Lake County Center for the Arts is opening Abravanel Hall today and Saturday, 2-10 p.m., for public open houses and the opportunity to view and learn more about the "Olympic Tower," a glass sculpture created by Dale Chihuly for the 2002 Winter Olympics.

The sculpture, originally part of the Cultural Olympiad exhibit during the Olympics, was purchased following the Games.
