I was disappointed to find out that the bus that would take my daughter to her first year to Riverton High School was canceled due to a lack of ridership. I was counting on this to be her mode of transportation. It is surprising more parents don't support busing their kids to school. With gas prices so high, I would think this would be a very appealing option. Also, the parking and traffic situation at the school is a nightmare. My hope is the good people of Riverton will see this letter and consider using the school bus system.
