CLEARFIELD — Lifetime Products Inc. said Thursday that it has acquired the assets of Jumping Jack Trailers Inc.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal includes all of Jumping Jack's assets, including its intellectual property, trademark portfolio, manufacturing equipment, inventory and distribution contracts. Products previously produced by Jumping Jack will be manufactured at Lifetime's 2.6 million-square-foot facility in Clearfield.
Jumping Jack Trailers' hallmark product is the Trailer/Tent, which will be rebranded with the Lifetime name.
Lifetime will add five of Jumping Jack's employees, including the former owner, Robert Badger, who will join Lifetime as manager of the new product group.
Lifetime manufactures folding tables and chairs, basketball systems, outdoor storage sheds and utility trailers.
