• Richard Paul Broberg, 69, president of the Norway Oslo Mission from 1983-1986, died Aug. 30, 2007, in Pocatello, Idaho.
• J. Weston Daw, 83, president of the South Carolina Columbia Mission from 1984-1987, died December 13, 2007, in Salt Lake City.
• L. Dale Hanks, 79, president of the Washington Seattle Mission from 1981-1984, died Jan. 14, 2008, in Salt Lake City. Brother Hanks was also a former regional representative and member of the Young Men General Board.
• Edith Kraft Lyman, 93, who served with her husband, Karl Robison Lyman, when he presided over the Florida Mission from 1960-1963, died Jan. 3, 2008, in Provo, Utah.
• DeVere Richard McAllister, 91, president of the Bolivia La Paz and Bolivia Santa Cruz Missions from 1975-1978, died Feb. 2, 2008, in St. George, Utah.
• Alice Olson Walsh, 91, who served with her husband, William McLean Walsh, when he presided over the California North Mission, died Jan. 29, 2008, in Salt Lake City.
