Salt Lake City-based Automated Business Products has been acquired by Ricoh Americas Corp.
Automated Business Products will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Americas, a division of Tokyo-based Ricoh Co., and will be called Automated Business Products — a Ricoh Company.
Automated Business Products sells and services high-speed printing, copying and scanning products from Ricoh and Savin Corp. The company also services other lines of office equipment.
