Barbara Grant
1948 ~ 2008
Barbara Hamilton Grant passed away peacefully May 30, 2008. Barbara was born to Frederick L. Hamilton and Katie Perry April 26, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Barbara was a member 11 years in Mama's Temple Pentecostal Church and Choir Originated by Dr. Rosemary Redmon Cosby known as Mama and her four children in 1961. Barbara came to Salt Lake through a tent meeting Mama had in Indianapolis, Indiana in August 1972.
Many family and friends followed Barbara to Salt Lake because she lived a saved life and took a stand. Barbara was so sweet and loving and giving and was loved by everyone she met. She was a dear friend that will be missed forever.
Thank you Barbara for being a member of Mama's Temple Church.
Barbara is survived by son, Edward Hamilton; sister, Dorothy Hamilton; brothers, Fred and Eddy Hamilton and Gene in New Jersey and two grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held by Mama's Temple Church Pastor's Elder Mark and Rosalind Cazares (Mama's daughter and son in-law), June 5, 2008 at 1:00 pm. Viewing 11:00 to 1:00, at Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 S 2200 W Riverton, Utah
