United Site Services Inc. said it has acquired The John & Co., an Ogden-based portable restroom and wastewater disposal company.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
United Site Services, based in Westborough, Mass., provides portable restroom services, emergency response sanitation, temporary fencing, erosion control, power and storage. Founded in 1999, it has customers in 20 states, with 1,500 employees at more than 56 branch locations.
