American Idol (7 p.m., Ch. 13): The auditions continue.
CSI (8 p.m., Ch. 2): An undercover FBI agent is murdered.
Hell's Kitchen (8 p.m., Ch. 13): This unpleasant competition features 16 chefs being screamed and sworn at by Gordon Ramsay. This show, on the other hand, is cruel simply for the sake of being cruel.
Supernatural (8 p.m., Ch. 30): Sam and Dean investigate a series of murders at their old high school.
Eleventh Hour (9:01 p.m., Ch. 2): An autopsy shows a millionaire had two hearts.
Private Practice (9:02 p.m., Ch. 4): Addison's brother, Archer (Grant Show), moves to Los Angeles and starts working at the rival practice.
The Beast (11 p.m., Ch. A&E): Barker and Ellis investigate a Romanian human trafficking gang.
Burn Notice (11 p.m., USA): Michael, Fiona and Sam pose as car thieves to protect a high-school football star.
