In its most basic form, the health care debate is about the initial mathematics. It is so easy a fifth-grader could figure it out. You have X number of doctors taking care of X number of patients which takes X amount of time. When you add a significant number of patients to the equation, the time available for a doctor to care for the patients is diminished. At some point some will not get treated.
