The March Madness brackets come out, and talk turns to which teams will advance in the NCAA basketball tournament this year.But theres also that under-the-table tradition: the office pool. You know, the one where co-workers put a dollar or two into the pool and fill out their brackets. Generally, the person who picks the most winners gets the whole thing.
