Protected with goggles and a garbage bag, principal Edy McGee lets first-graders at Butler Elementary School turn her into a human ice cream sundae Thursday. The students at the Cottonwood Heights school were rewarded after 90 percent of the class read 100 books apiece between Oct. 1 and Jan. 8. They also earned real sundaes.
