Miguel Mario Blanco, 42, passed away May 25, 2010 in Provo, Utah. Born May 13, 1968 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Mario and Jerry K. Vance Blanco.
Engaged to Heather Jacobson.
Miguel grew up in Taylorsville, Utah. In his youth he was very involved in Boy Scout activities where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He loved fly fishing and camping. He went to the Provo River or the mountains anytime he could get away. He loved life and was very helpful and loyal to his friends.
He was so happy with his new motorcycle and gave love to his friends the "Free Riders".
To all the doctors and nurses at the WICU at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah, the family extends it's sincere gratitude for your tender care, compassion and sensitivity to Miguel; especially Dr. Pierce and Lori, his nurse. Lori you are the greatest.
Survived by son, Jordan; fiancé; parents; brothers: Daniel (Nancy) Blanco, David (Nicole) Blanco, and Aaron Blanco.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 3, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where viewings will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2010, 6-8:00 p.m. and Thursday, 10-10:40 a.m. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery, 1300 West 7800 South, West Jordan, Utah.
