It's all-out war Friday as BYU students fling water balloons in an attempt to bust the world record for a water-balloon fight. Nearly 4,000 students tossed 120,000 balloons to drench the record set by the University of Kentucky. It took the students three days to fill the balloons and six minutes to destroy them.
