SALT LAKE CITY — Vertical V Inc. will acquire a controlling interest in Nolte Associates Inc., the companies announced on Wednesday.
Vertical V offers engineering and consulting services in construction quality assurance, infrastructure engineering and support services, municipal consulting and outsourcing, asset management consulting and environmental health and safety consulting.
Established in 1949, Nolte is a firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying and construction management.

Dickerson Wright, chairman and chief executive officer at Vertical V, will become chairman and CEO of Nolte. Ken Rudolph, president of Nolte, will serve as president and chief operating officer of Nolte.
