After marinating remove the steaks from the baking pan or dish and set on a clean plate to allow excess marinade to drip off. Heat a broiler or grill to medium heat and place the individual pieces of meat on the heated rack. For medium rare turn once during an 8-10 minute period. To serve, slice the meat diagonally across the grain into very thin slices.
