LIVINGSTON, Mont. — Actor Dennis Quaid is trying to sell his 420-acre southern Montana ranch near Yellowstone National Park for $14 million.

Quaid's business manager, Shaun Shanessa of Los Angeles, told The Livingston Enterprise on Friday the actor has developed an interest in surfing and wants to buy a ranch in Hawaii. Quaid, who lives in Austin, Texas, was unavailable for comment this week.

He has owned the Paradise Valley ranch south of Emigrant for about 25 years.
