Ada Lamborn Zakotnik Henrich 1923 ~ 2011
Ada Marie Henrich, 88, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully in Salt Lake City, UT on June 21, 2011 from natural causes.Ada was born to Francis and Ethel Lamborn in Oakley, Wyoming on April 18, 1923. She married Antone L. Zakotnik July 25, 1940 in Randolph UT. She was blessed with two sons Richard (Sandy) Zakotnik, Tony Zakotnik (Anine) daughter Phyllis (Denny) Steele. Ada and Tony traveled the world extensively while he was working in the construction business and were fortunate to meet many wonderful cultures. She married Jesse F. Henrich who had children, Shirley Polly, Gary Mumford, and Jackie Taylor. Her parents, husbands, and three sisters precede her in death. She leaves behind four children, nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Highland Care center staff for their loving care of our mother. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 28th at 12:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 South 1950 East.
