Russell Lynn Gulbransen 5/15/1970 ~ 8/3/2011
Russell (KE7UXF) passed away at home after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born in Salt Lake City to James F. and Dorthy Nan Hansen Gulbransen. Russell is survived by his mother; brothers, Ed (Sandi), and Rick (Carolyn); nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by his father and his sister, Lana Margaret. The family would like to thank Dr. John Weis, the staff at Huntsman Cancer Hospital, and Scott Jackson of CareSource Hospice for the devoted care they gave to Russell. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 6th, 12:00 p.m. at the Forestview Ward, 1111 E. Charlton Ave. (2815 So.). A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at the church and Saturday, 10:30 - 11:45 a.m. prior to services. Online condolences may be left at www.memorialutah.com.
