Obituary: ROSENBERG, BETTY TAYLOR

Betty Taylor Rosenberg 1926 ~ 2012Betty Taylor Rosenberg passed away on February 19, 2012, graceful, dignified, compassionate, and confident. Born in Pleasant View, Utah in 1926 to Harvey L. and Lucelle R. Taylor, she was raised in Arizona before attending BYU. While studying in Provo she met and then married Reed R. Rosenberg in the Arizona Temple. They raised three children in Bakersfield, CA, and in 1986 returned to Utah to be closer to family. Betty was intelligent and wise. She read prolifically and embraced ideas and people in all their variety. She found joy in beauty, and peace when all was in perfect order. She liberally extended love to all and wore out her life in service; that service, written in the hearts of those she loved, is her biography.Her husband Reed, children Ann and Bob Barlow, Janyce and Dave Noble, and John and Gaylamarie Rosenberg, eight grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren remain as custodians of her memory and legacy. Family and friends may call at the Sunberg Mortuary (495 South State, Orem) on Tuesday, February 21 from six to eight pm. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 22 at the Suncrest Stake Center, 90 N 600 W, Orem.
