Jack Wayne Tripp1939 ~ 2012Jack Wayne Tripp lost his battle with cancer on March 22, 2012 at his home with his devoted wife of 54 years by his side. Jack was born March 4, 1939 and lived an amazing and full life. His sense of humor and gift of healing touched everyone he came in contact with. From his first job at 9 years old, Jack was a hard worker and a master of all he undertook. He loved to build, create, and repair anything that needed fixing. He also loved being on the mountain cutting firewood and on the lake fishing. He was a true Jack of all trades. Jack's greatest accomplishment was his family and he left a great posterity that loved him dearly. He will be missed beyond words. Jack was preceded in death by his son, Jack Shane. He is survived by sisters Ardath Lynne Stapel and Arba Joy Smith. His legacy will continue through his wife Beverly Tripp and his children: Lanita, Monica (Lyn), Naylene (Jared), Tiffanie (Norm), Jack Willis (Carrie), Laresa (Chris), Marinda (Aaron), Jack Wayne Jr. (Melody), Mauri (Scott), Jack Robert (Sarah), Jack Scott, and Breonna. Also survived by 22 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Monday, March 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cedar 9th Ward Chapel, located at 256 South 900 West in Cedar City, Utah.
